About the Event
All levels are welcome in this low-impact chair exercise class led by AARP volunteer Milly who focuses primarily on moves that enhance balance, mobility, and on strength training. The exercises are tailored to be easy on the joints while still providing a full-body workout, ensuring that everyone can engage safely and effectively. No experience is necessary, and you will have a great time!
Make sure to wear sneakers and stretchy, comfy clothing so you can move easily. You’ll also need a water bottle and a sturdy armchair. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
