Join AARP Pennsylvania and attendees from across the U.S. for a FREE virtual event - AARP membership not required. Please join AARP Pennsylvania for a 45 minute, low impact chair exercise routine that will primarily focus on balance and strength – you will be sure to have a great time! No experience with exercise classes necessary – all are welcome! What you will need: Water bottle, Stretch pants – something comfy to move in, Sneakers Sturdy, Armchair – no rocking chairs, Computer or tablet to get on the Zoom, and weights and stretchy bands if you want to use them.
How to Join
This is a recurring class on Mondays. You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. Please note that you must be signed in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
