Each Wednesday morning this month, join us for a simple guided meditation with Dr. Louisa Slowiaczek. All are welcome. Join us via Zoom, either by video or just listen in on your telephone. Everyone can use a few moments of peace and we all could use a break during the week to refocus, recharge, and remake.

Louisa Slowiaczek is a resident of Brunswick, ME who recently retired (February, 2021) as Professor of Psychology at Bowdoin College. In addition to her 23 years at Bowdoin, she has been a faculty member in Psychology at the University at Albany – SUNY and Loyola University of Chicago. Louisa is a fitness enthusiast who has been a certified instructor of BodyFlow (a yoga, pilates and tai chi program) at the Women’s Fitness Studio and Spa in Brunswick since 2012.
She looks forward to sharing 10 minutes of mindful, relaxing and rejuvenating meditation with you as often as your schedule allows.
