Join us for an all-ages, community walk along the Sweetwater River Trail.

Join AARP California and Nature Unplugged and come explore the Sweetwater River Trail. This outing includes guided activities using the Five Pathways to Nature Connectedness to promote physical and mental well-being. Let’s Take It Outside™ events explore public outdoor places. Free and open to the public.
This beginner’s hike will be approximately three miles long on mostly flat trails.
Event location is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Check in begins at 8:30am, outing begins promptly at 9am.
Recommended items to bring:
· Weather appropriate clothing/shoes
· Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, lip balm with SPF)
· Water (1 liter)
· Snacks (optional)
· Backpack (optional)
· Hiking poles (optional)
· Binoculars (optional)
