About the Event

Connect with others in this engaging and interactive Zumba Fitness class designed for all abilities and ages. Join AARP Texas and the Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico for a free and easy, guided Zumba Fitness class.

This virtual wellness-focused class aims to improve participants’ mental outlook, reduce stress, enhance range of motion and boost overall well-being. The classes take place every Tuesday at 12 p.m. CT. Don’t miss out on this chance to connect with others while staying healthy and having fun.
