About the Event

As a caregiver, do you find yourself acting as “pharmacist,” and trying to keep track of and manage multiple prescriptions? This presentation will explore ways to organize and record medications taken by someone in your care. These handy tips will help you ensure that the medicines are used as instructed and prevent deadly drug interactions or mistakes.
