Join AARP Los Angeles and the L.A. Soul Steppers for free group walks at Crenshaw Family YMCA! Sessions are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month from 8:00-9:00 a.m.

Join AARP Los Angeles and the L.A. Soul Steppers for a fun and free walk! The low-impact workout session is scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Crenshaw Family YMCA. The group walks begin with stretching techniques before and after the workouts, and participants enjoy giveaways (while supplies last), special music mixes and celebrations. The Crenshaw Family YMCA is located on 3820 Santa Rosalia Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90008 and street parking is available on Santa Rosalia Drive. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
