In this virtual bone-strengthening workout, American Council on Exercise (ACE)-certified instructor Mitch Menik will guide you through dynamic standing, stretching and chair exercises, performed with or without weights, that are designed to mildly stress the body. This practice promotes an increase in bone density, protecting against osteoporosis, and can help strengthen the muscles that support the skeletal structure, improving balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.
