Safe fun walk with a Doctor

AARP South Florida invites you to join us on the Fourth Saturday of each month at River Run Park in Miramar.

The monthly walking group is a safe, fun, and FREE opportunity to get some steps in, learn about health, and meet new friends.

A health professional will be in attendance to provide tips and information and answer questions. August is National Wellness Month.
