FitMix Communities is bringing in-person ZUMBA® classes to AARP Caregivers and the community! So, if you're interested in getting fit or staying fit while having fun, this is the class for you. This series of classes mixes low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
