About the Event
In our eight-class virtual Jazz Dance series, presented by IndoRican Dance and running weekly through Nov. 4, we’ll start with a full-body warm-up and work individually and in teams to delve into the roots, history and various styles of jazz dance, exploring new movement opportunities.
Ongoing participation in such a workout can help reduce the risk of falling and enhance the potential for engagement in a wide range of activities. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
