About the Event
This six-week series offers a unique blend of Qigong and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help you navigate the holiday season with greater ease, joy, and connection. Through a combination of gentle Qigong movements and NVC principles, you'll learn to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety: Qigong's calming exercises and deep breathing techniques will help you manage holiday stress.
- Improve emotional well-being: NVC will teach you to express your feelings honestly and compassionately, fostering healthier relationships.

How to Join
This is a recurring class on Saturdays (except December 7th) starting at 11 AM MT. You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. Please note that you must be signed into your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
