Join the Oceanside Museum of Art for a 2-mile guided walk in Downtown Oceanside and through Artist Alley, exploring public art’s role in livable communities.
Join us for a free walking tour of the murals of Downtown Oceanside with Brigid Parsons of the Oceanside Museum of Art. This 2-mile route will lead visitors through the heart of downtown to hear the hidden stories behind the creation of the murals and Artist Alley, while exploring how public art and walkable spaces contribute to livable communities for all ages.
The walk begins within easy walking distance of the Oceanside Transit Center, served by Amtrak, Metrolink, and NCTD Coaster and Sprinter lines. We recommend arriving by 9:15 AM to allow time for check-in and orientation.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and sun protection. Space is limited – sign up soon!
