This guided walk, inspired by the exhibition Speaking to Falling Seeds, offers a chance to slow down and reconnect—with your body, your surroundings, and your sense of place. Through mindful walking, sensory prompts, and a creative mapping activity, we’ll explore themes of grounding, transformation, and belonging in public space.
