It turns out an active sex life increases longevity! A study conducted at Duke University found the more sex we have the longer we live.
In this conversation, Jason Lynch, Director of Elder Services at The Center on Colfax, will explore how sex improves one's health and unpack how sex can improve as we age. We will address the following topics:
- How sex improves health and enhances mental health
- Does the concept of “great sex” apply to older individuals
- Does sex mean only intercourse
