About the Event
Do you want to learn more about your Hispanic roots? Join this New York Genealogical & Biographical Society presentation by professional genealogist Luis Ariel Rivera. He’ll provide tips on tapping resources such as civil and religious records to delve into your family history and build a family tree.
Mr. Rivera’s expertise lies in Puerto Rican research, but he also has experience researching in Latin America, the Spanish and French Caribbean and Europe. More information on his work and advice for budding genealogists can be found on his website.
The program will be presented virtually and in person at the NYG&B Society offices, 36 West 44th Street, New York. Attendees will receive a free three-month society membership to allow them to learn more. Those attending online will have the opportunity to interact via chat.
