About the Event
After 30, most adults lose 1–2% of muscle per year. In this session, learn how to reverse that trend with functional strength training using your bodyweight, bands and dumbbells.
We’ll demonstrate easy ways to build the strength and confidence you need to support daily tasks like walking, lifting and standing. Strengthen your body and reclaim your energy! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
