Activate your energy centers and increase mobility with gentle movements during this online freestyle body movement fitness class.
About the Event
Olivia Bowman-Jackson, a certified personal trainer, will guide us through fun rhythmic sequences designed to stimulate the spine, increase range of motion and decompress the joints of the entire body as they energize you and lift your mood. This is a self-paced all-abilities class by Daybreaker+, focused on moving your body in ways that feel best to you. You can enjoy the class seated (we recommend a non-slip chair) or standing, and you can add light weights or soup cans to challenge yourself if you like. No exercise equipment is required - all you’ll need is some water and a smile! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
