By signing up to participate in the Strength Training series to be held every Wednesday from January 7, 2026 through February 25, 2026 ("Series") I agree that: this waiver of liability shall cover my participation in the Series for all of the 2026 calendar year and that I am physically capable of participating in the Series. I release, discharge and hold harmless Erich Shaefer Training, Paso del Norte Foundation, AARP, and its affiliates, and respective employees, directors, officers and agents from any and all liability, claims and demands of every kind with respect to, including without limitation, any bodily injury, illness, death, property damage or any other harm, that may arise from my participation in the series even if caused by the negligence of AARP, Erich Shaefer Training, or Paso del Norte Foundation.
