Join AARP Montana for a Creative Movement class at Cohesion Dance.

This popular, free movement class incorporates simple dance moves for people of all abilities. Moves can easily be modified for seated participants. This joint-friendly dance class is fun for older adults and it’s a great way to start your day.

Classes scheduled at 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Cohesion Dance through March 20.
