April is Earth Day month, so we're all about sustainability! Bailey Carr, a registered dietitian nutritionist from Colorado State University's Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center, will show us how to transform a simple can of garbanzo beans into three effortless, delicious and healthy recipes: Garam Masala Spiced Chickpea Salad, Taco Spice Hummus and Aquafaba Marshmallow Crème, which can be used in place of frosting or as a dip for fruit.
