About the Event
Our virtual culinary series combines cooking and history for delectable bites. During each cooking demonstration, watch as our chef prepares a Latin American dish and shares history about its ingredients. This month, learn how to make pastel de elote or sweet corn cake, and discover the rich history of maize from Mexico to the world.
Chef and historian Maite Gomez-Rejon will lead the class and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions throughout the event.
