After a heart attack, she mastered a new approach, keeping food tasty but making it healthier. In this month’s virtual cooking class, we’ll prepare Turkey Cutlets with Cranberry-Currant Sauce, Roasted Sweet Potato Spears and Pumpkin Mousse.
