Caregivers’ Re-Treat: The Power of Purpose

Join Us for Relaxation and Inspiration!

Are you a family caregiver in need of a break? Treat yourself to a rejuvenating program designed just for you! AARP Virginia and the Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging are teaming up to offer you the perfect blend of relaxation, inspiration, and reflection.

You will:

· Enjoy a heartwarming film screening of The Hidden Power of Purpose.

· Be inspired by family caregiver and motivational speaker, Lily Liu.

· Unwind with meditation, creative activities, and mindful reflections.

· Connect with fellow caregivers, share your experiences, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

We know caregivers are busy, so feel free to drop in for part or all of the program.

Light refreshments will be served, and space is limited. Pre-registration is required.

All registered guests will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $150 Spa Finder gift card from AARP.
