About the Event
Join AARP Vermont for an interactive class featuring both standing and seated exercises that focus on balance, core stability, strength, and mobility—without requiring participants to get up and down from the floor.
This session includes full-body movement for warm-up and range of motion, breathwork, core-strength exercises, and gentle stretches to improve posture, walking strength, and overall confidence in movement. Perfect for anyone who can move around on foot and wants a safe, effective way to stay active and strong.
The class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
What to Bring: a wall for support and a sturdy chair with a flat seat.
Optional Tools: yoga block or pillow, light weights, resistance bands, exercise ball, full-length mirror, and any needed balance aids.
