We know your caregiving journey can be challenging in all kinds of ways. That’s why AARP Virginia is proud to be a part of the 3rd Annual Blue Ridge Dementia Care Conference (BRDCC), “Navigating the Challenging Peaks and Valleys of Dementia Care.”
The BRDCC will engage the Loudoun, Clarke, and Frederick counties professional and family caregivers for people living with dementia.

Since 2022, Sydney has been the RAFT Dementia Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Regional Older Adult Facilities Mental Health Support Team (RAFT), supporting older adults living with dementia and their families.
Kay Lansford, author of an award-winning blog, Dealing With Dementia, and a money management business, MemoryBanc, which received an Older-Adult Innovation Award from AARP.
