Black Men For Better Brain Health Brunch

AARP South Florida, in partnership with the University of Miami Comprehensive Center for Brain Health, Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, and other community partners, invites you to the Black Men for Better Brain Health Brunch.

Men’s health—particularly among African American men—continues to be a critical issue in our region. Rising cases of vascular dementia, limited access to screenings, and persistent cultural stigmas often prevent men from seeking support and resources.

This community brunch aims to increase awareness of brain health, reduce stigma, and encourage prevention through education, conversation, and connection. Join us as we promote better brain health and empower Black men to take charge of their well‑being
