In collaboration with Philadelphia’s Riverfront North Partnership, AARP Pennsylvania is bringing you a series of virtual events on the great outdoors. This discussion will introduce the basics of birdwatching, explore why people love to do it, and give you a chance to find out what types of birds you’re likely to see in your area. It will also help you determine what types of birds you want to explore, from songbirds to raptors and predator birds such as eagles, hawks, falcons, and ospreys. How might you attract more songbirds to your location? Bring your questions; this will be an interactive experience.
This event is FREE, but registration is REQUIRED. Please do not opt out of event-related emails, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
