An Eating for Wellness Lunch

In collaboration with Senior Resources and the culinary program at Norwich Technical High School, attendees will enjoy a free well-balanced meal while learning about the nutritional benefits of the items on the menu and their importance to healthy aging.  Recipes will be provided to attendees, students will discuss meal preparation, and dietitians will present and take questions.   

Lunch will begin at 11:15AM. The menu will feature chicken, salmon, salads, sides and more.  Nutrient highlights include: lean protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, fiber and antioxidants.

PARKING:  Please allow time to find parking. Overflow parking will be located across the street at the Senior Center. Limited parking for those with mobility issues will be available upon advanced request, until the spaces are filled. Please select "Yes" to the ADA question and provide details. 

ENTRANCE:  Please use the main entrance to the school and be prepared to stop at the security desk, before proceeding to check in with AARP.
