Advocates for Senior Issues has been a trusted, bipartisan voice for older adults, veterans, and people with disabilities in West Michigan for over 40 years. Operating in close partnership with the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan, this group of more than 300 individuals, organizations, and businesses comes together monthly to advocate, educate, and build community around the issues that shape quality of life in Kent County and beyond. In November, AARP will share the latest on Age-Friendly Communities and what cities in Michigan are participating.
