AARP Tennessee is hosting free Pickleball 101 classes in Murfreesboro on Saturday, September 27, from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm CT.

The clinics consist of 60-minute on-court guided sessions led by certified pickleball instructors and focus on warm-up, basic technique, skills building, and game play for players of all levels.

Pickleball is a fun way to connect with friends, stay fit, and support your brain to help your health and happiness live as long as you do.
