The Maula Ola Initiative, Honolulu Community Shed and AARP Hawai`i invite the public to attend a special year-end celebration event at the Ho`ola `Aiana Pilipili Accessible School and Community Garden. The event will feature an AARP Hawai`i award showcase which will over-view recently added accessible and inclusive design features to the community garden, made possible through a local grant. Additionally participants will engage in fun, hands-on activities with native plants, and enjoy a catered brunch. Shade, seating, and restrooms are available. RSVP required.
This event is a collaborative event hosted by the Mauli Ola Initiative with support from AARP Hawai`i. Information shared with the host organization during registration is subject to their privacy policies.
The Mauli Ola Initiative (MOI) at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa (UHM) is a collective opportunity to nurture mauli ola (health) of UH faculty, students, staff, and community.
