Roberta “Robin” Bush is a certified Zumba instructor for the Dept. of Parks and Recreation at Makiki Park, McCully Park, Ala Wai Park, and the Waikiki Community Center. With restrictions placed on gatherings over the past year, Robin moved her classes to Zoom where she has a large following. In fact, she will soon be celebrating her 500th Zoom class!
Robin is certified in many disciplines of exercise with a keen interest in fitness for older adults. Having experienced serious life challenges, she believes that fitness is what has kept her alive. Her #1 passion in life is to get older people moving. Robin says "many often talk about finding the fountain of youth. It's at the top of a really, really long flight of stairs. There's no elevator". Robin is also a college professor teaching Computer Science.
