We’ll reframe mistakes as an opportunity to learn and grow.
About the Event
In the third session of our Writing and Living with Purpose series, we will review research on the benefits of learning in circumstances where mistakes are possible.
Participants will be prompted to focus on episodes in which making a mistake led to new knowledge, understanding and growth. We will compose odes to our mistakes (modeled on a poem by W. S. Merwin) to remind ourselves that living with purpose is unlikely to be perfect, but well worth the effort.
