By 2035, the United States will, for the first time ever, be a country comprised of more older adults than of children. AARP Livable Communities initiative address issues such as land use, housing, transportation and broadband — all of which facilitate aging in place. We support the efforts of neighborhoods, towns, cities, counties and entire states to become more livable and age-friendly for people of all ages.

Join us to learn:

  • What is the Age Friendly Network (AFN)
  • Benefits of joining the network and application process
  • AARP Livability Index
  • AARP Livable Communities Initiative
  • Current Wisconsin AARP Livable Communities

Please note that our virtual event will be hosted on Zoom and any information you share on the platform, including without limitations, comments and posts, will be subject to the platform’s privacy policy and guidelines.

Registrants will receive a link and information to join the Zoom meeting.
