Gentle Flow is an accessible, all-levels class appropriate for students newer to the practice, those with injuries or limited mobility, students seeking a lower impact flow, and anyone who appreciates a slower, softer practice. Class will focus on connecting to the breath, releasing tension, and helping students to gently develop strength and flexibility. Variations will be given throughout class to accommodate students of all-levels.
All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged in this mixed-levels class.
