Our four-session series of mindful movement classes explores how different parts of the body impact each other and how to exercise more efficiently.
About the Event
Gain a deeper understanding of how the different parts of the body are connected and how to exercise more efficiently in this four-part Mindful Movement series on Mondays in April.
In this class, we will explore common mistakes of posture and alignment and how fixing them can often help in performing the things that you struggle to do. We will also cover strength and mobility exercises that can help strengthen your posture. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. The class is facilitated by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and health coach, a fitness nutrition specialist and a specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics.
Other classes in the series:
- 4/15: Back Pain & Core Stability
- 4/22: Improving Shoulder & Hip Rotation to Strengthen and Manage Pain
- 4/29: Get in Touch with Your Foundation
