Join AARP Texas for an eight-week online walking program led by Katie Deolloz, a walking coach in Austin. This course focuses on starting a walking regimen to improve physical and mental health, and will include interactive weekly online discussions and a guided walking workout plan.
The discussions take place on Zoom from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on these dates: Aug. 25, Sept. 1, Sept. 8, Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29, Oct. 6, and Oct. 13.
These events provide opportunities for physical movement and community connection, which are essential to good health.
Katie has created a customized digitally-based walking workout guide and health coaching program that participants can enjoy.
