Tai Chi is a way for you to increase your energy and your sense of well-being, and that is important in this day of COVID-19.  To keep you safe and healthy, AARP in Houston is offering online Tai Chi classes you can take at home. Join in every Thursday for a Tai Chi class focusing on health topics such as cognitive health, improving immune system, releasing unwanted emotions, physical balance for fall prevention and more…  

These remaining classes of an 8-week online course, hosted on Facebook Live, will be offered on Thursday mornings through the beginning of July.   What to Expect from our Classes…
