AARP Tampa Bay Walk with a Doc 11/11/23

AARP Tampa Bay invites you to join us for Walk with a Doc, a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle.
Meet with a local healthcare professional to learn about a current health topic and then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk at your own pace and distance.
Join us the second Saturday of each month. This walking group is a safe, fun, and FREE place to get some steps in, learn about health, and meet new friends.
The event is FREE and open to everyone so feel free to bring family or friends!
