About the Event
All levels are welcome in this low-impact online exercise class that focuses on enhancing balance and building strength. No experience is necessary, and you will have a great time! Make sure to wear sneakers and stretchy, comfy clothing so you can move easily. You’ll also need a water bottle and a sturdy armchair – no rocking chairs. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
This is a recurring class on Mondays. You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. Please note that you must be signed in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register. AARP membership is not required to create an account.
