Try a brisk 45-minute exercise class focused on improving balance and strength.

About the Event

All levels are welcome in this low-impact exercise class that focuses on enhancing balance and building strength. No experience is necessary, and you will have a great time! Make sure to wear sneakers and stretchy, comfy clothing so you can move easily. You’ll also need a water bottle and a sturdy armchair – no rocking chairs. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. 

This is a recurring class on Mondays. You will need to register separately for each class you are interested in attending. Please do not opt out of event-related emails, as you will be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom prior to the event.
