About our Speaker
Lori J. Powers, Nevada MAP Volunteer
As a Volunteer for the Nevada Medicare Assistance Program (MAP) - Senior Medicare Patrol, Lori educates Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers about the problem of fraud, errors and abuse in the Medicare system. She regularly speaks at senior events and has served on numerous panels to inform beneficiaries about how they can protect their identity and report problems. She holds a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
