Join AARP New Mexico and Oasis for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. Recommended by the Arthritis Foundation and the National Council on Aging, this evidence-based class has been shown to ease joint pain and improve balance. The class was developed by Dr. Paul Lam, MD, along with other health and tai chi experts from the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Classes will be every Monday & Wednesday from 04/01/24-04/24/24. You ONLY need to register one time to participate in all 8 classes! We will be using the same Zoom link for all 8. Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so register today!
