Balance & Mobility In-Person Class, Every other Saturday Saturday, 10 am MT, 45 minutes, maximum of 20 people This 45-minute class improves balance and mobility, making you steadier and preventing falls. As we age, the systems that help us maintain balance—our vision, our inner ear, and our leg muscles and joints—tend to break down. The good news is that balance training helps prevent and improve those losses. Class includes a warm-up with cardio, exercises to improve balance and joint mobility, and cool down. No equipment is required. Great for beginners.
