About the Event
Improving our stability and mobility is especially important as we get older, when the systems that help us maintain our balance and avoid falls - our vision, our inner ear, and our leg muscles and joints - tend to break down.
This 45-minute class, great for beginners, includes a warm-up with aerobic exercise, balance and joint mobility exercises and a cooldown. No equipment is required.
The exercises are intended to help you improve your balance and stability and can help reduce your risk of falling. Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events and complete a liability waiver for this class. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
