AARP NM, Fitness: In-Person Yoga Fusion Class, Santa Fe, NM 5/11/24

Yoga Fusion In-Person Class, Every other Saturday Saturday, 10 am MT, 45 minutes, maximum of 20 people.   This 45-minute class uses yoga positions, stretches, and breathing techniques. Fitness moves incorporate light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages are part of the fun. This fusion between yoga and fitness helps develop upper and lower body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination, resulting in more vitality, improved posture, and a sense of well-being. Great for beginners.
