This 45-minute class is aimed at improving balance and mobility, making you steadier and helping prevent falls.
As we age, the systems that help us maintain balance - our vision, our inner ear and our leg muscles and joints - tend to break down. The good news is that balance training can help prevent and compensate for those losses.
Class includes a warm-up with cardio, exercises to improve balance and joint mobility, and a cooldown. No equipment is required. Great for beginners.
