Join us for Balance and Beyond, an exercise series where our instructor will guide you through strength training, flexibility training, hip extensions and balance skills. Improve balance, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Exercise plays an important part in our emotional and physical well-being. All equipment is provided at these free events.
