Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga. In modern yoga as exercise, it consists of synchronizing the breath with movements. This 8-exercise one hour Pranayama Yoga session can help you greatly improve your respiratory apparatus, improve your mental health and focus, and calm your brain. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with sign in details and a link to join the online Zoom meeting.Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today!
For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
